Service
Shopify CSV Rescue is a digital file-processing service. It provides a free preflight and, when purchased, a one-time USD $29 transformation of an eligible Shopify product CSV. A paid package contains a corrected CSV when a deterministic safe repair is available, a change report, an unresolved-items note, and an import checklist.
Scope and limitations
The service accepts Shopify product catalog CSV files only. It does not accept customer data, order data, payment credentials, passwords, or unrelated sensitive information. Repairs are limited to deterministic checks and transformations. The service does not invent prices, SKUs, inventory, options, images, product claims, or other catalog facts.
Shopify CSV Rescue is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Shopify. We do not guarantee that Shopify will accept an imported file or that a catalog import will produce a particular business result. Customers must review the delivered files and use a small test import before a full catalog import.
Customer responsibilities
You must have the right to upload the file and must provide accurate intake information. Do not upload store passwords, customer records, order records, payment information, or data that the service does not need.
Delivery and retention
After a verified payment event, the service generates the package automatically and provides a private download link. Unpaid uploads are eligible for cleanup after one hour. Paid artifacts are available for up to seven days and may be deleted earlier for security or operational reasons.
Payment and refunds
The price is USD $29 as a one-time purchase. Paddle may process payment, taxes, receipts, and refunds as the merchant-of-record payment provider. Refund terms are described in the Refund Policy.
