Information we receive

To run a preflight or paid transformation, we receive the email address you provide, the Shopify product CSV you upload, the Shopify error description, import mode, protected fields, and technical records needed to operate the job. We do not ask for or need a Shopify password, store access, customer data, order data, or payment credentials.

How we use it

We use the information to analyze the file, create a deterministic transformation, generate reports, provide a download, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and record provider-neutral payment and delivery events. Paddle processes payment and may receive the information required for checkout, tax, receipts, and refunds. We do not sell uploaded files or use them to build a catalog.

Retention and deletion

Unpaid uploads are eligible for deletion after one hour. Paid source files and generated artifacts are retained for up to seven days for download and support, then are eligible for cleanup. Operational event records may remain longer for accounting, security, and service diagnostics. Files may be removed earlier when required for safety or operations.

Security

Uploads, the SQLite runtime database, and generated artifacts are stored outside the public static directory. Downloads require an authorized job and expire. We do not store card numbers or security codes.

Your request

For a privacy or deletion request, email [email protected] with the job ID if available. Do not include the CSV contents or payment credentials in the email.
